I recently stayed at Cascades Boutique Resort Phuket for a week-long vacation and it was an absolute delight. The resort has a charming and beautiful ambiance, with lovely lights in the evening that create a cozy atmosphere. The layout and style of the place are simply adorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, quickly resolving any issues and even offering a free beer as a gesture of goodwill. The rooms were clean and spacious, and there were plenty of places to relax and soak up the sun. The restaurant served delicious food, particularly the Thai dishes, and the happy hour cocktails were a real treat. it was a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

excellent overall experience. perfect hotel and magnificent and beautiful location close enough to the shops. location close to rawai waterfront and the bars and restaurants on rawai sea front. for shots visit namphung mee, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the property. great and brilliant meals.

I have no complaints about this place, the rooms are nicely furnished and the staff is very welcoming.

The resort had a lovely and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a romantic escape. the pool was clean and well-maintained, and the landscaping added to the overall charm of the place. the rooms were spacious and comfortable with modern amenities. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff who made our stay enjoyable.

There were a few minor issues that could have been improved. the air conditioning in our room was quite noisy, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

I had an incredible stay at this quaint boutique resort. the spacious room with a garden view was perfect, and the pool area offered a relaxing atmosphere to unwind. the location was ideal, just a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. the friendly staff made me feel right at home, and the food at the on-site restaurant was delicious. I also appreciated the option to rent a scooter to explore the nearby beaches.

The payment process could be improved, as it was only cash and no card option available.

From the moment I arrived, I knew I was going to have a great stay. the staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, and the rooms were spotless. It was great to have a view of the pool from my room. the pool itself was lovely and surrounded by a lush garden. I also really enjoyed the food, especially the Thai dishes. Plus, the location was quiet and peaceful, which was a welcome escape from the busy city.

had an amazing honeymoon stay at a charming resort in rawai. terry and his staff were friendly and helpful, providing great tips and even surprising my husband with birthday cake. the resort had a beautiful pool, clean rooms, and lovely grounds.

Shower had no pressure.
